In order to achieve the localization of the entire set of additive construction equipment, our company has simultaneously developed and produced the DJ2 concrete 3D printing head (extruder). This product has a national authorized patent and can be combined with the JP series mortar pump to form a complete 3D printing material conveying extrusion unit, which is suitable for various working conditions such as laboratory research and development, component factory prefabrication production, and construction site additive construction.

The JP series is a volumetric screw pumping equipment that undertakes the core function of stabilizing and conveying special printing mortar. It has the characteristics of low pulse continuous discharge, small flow and pressure fluctuations, no drooling or material breakage, ensuring uniform and stable printing layer thickness, improving component forming accuracy and interlayer bonding quality.
The equipment is equipped with a frequency conversion or mechanical speed control system, with a continuously adjustable flow rate that can dynamically match the discharge speed of the print head. The JP 2 is suitable for printing small samples and models in university laboratories, while the JP 40 and JP 50Q are the main models for printing small and medium-sized components; GP60L and GP90L high flow models are suitable for rapid construction of large walls and infrastructure components.
Can transport fast hardening sulfoaluminate printing mortar, geopolymer slurry, steel fiber reinforced high thixotropy printing concrete; The pump core rotor stator has been optimized for wear resistance to adapt to high packing special slurry conditions; Configure anti reverse protection and adapt to the high-frequency start stop and repetitive jog debugging operation mode of 3D printing. The pump core is easy to disassemble and assemble, and can be quickly disassembled and cleaned when stopped to prevent damage to vulnerable parts caused by rapid solidification of materials.
