This series of centrifugal spray repair vehicles for pipeline lining are specialized repair equipment with multiple national authorized patents. The main body of the machine is made of high wear-resistant substrate and 304 stainless steel material. It can be equipped with both electric and pneumatic rotary sprayers, and is equipped with multiple sets of expansion and reduction mechanisms, which can achieve telescopic adjustment and adapt to different pipe diameters, ensuring smooth passage of equipment in pipelines.
The sliding type model is equipped with an electric/pneumatic high-speed direct connection rotary nozzle, with an adjustable mechanism to support rapid wet spraying operations. The rotary spraying axis is kept coaxial with the pipeline, and the spraying is uniform. The formed lining is dense and the thickness is controllable, suitable for pipeline construction with various operating radii.
The push type model is mainly used for non excavation centrifugal spraying repair of large-diameter pipelines, and is suitable for the construction of polymer mortar lining for drainage pipelines with diameters accessible to personnel. Equipped with electric and pneumatic high-speed direct coupled rotary nozzles, the operating radius is flexible and adjustable. The nozzles travel coaxially, and the spray formed lining is high-strength and dense, making the walking operation easy. Optional high-definition endoscopic camera can be used to capture real-time images of internal operations in pipelines. Video signals are transmitted to the display and stored, allowing for intuitive monitoring of equipment operation status even in narrow pipeline conditions.
Scope of application: It can repair the lining of drainage pipes and other pipelines with a diameter of 250-1800mm. It can cover both large and small diameter working conditions. The equipment is collectively referred to as pipeline lining spraying vehicle and rotary spraying vehicle.
