1、 Power system
Standard German NORD main motor, with energy efficiency meeting international standards; Domestic asynchronous motors and internal combustion engine drive forms can be selected as needed.
The reducer supports two modes: mechanical continuously variable speed and variable frequency speed regulation. It is equipped with high-strength gear sets, heavy-duty bearings, and high-precision sealing components, and has excellent high temperature resistance and wear resistance.
2、 Core components of screw pump
The stator rubber sleeve is made of polymer composite natural rubber and has been tested by the Polymer Professional Laboratory of Northwestern Polytechnical University. Its performance is benchmarked against imported accessories.
The rotor and stator are equipped with a rail type quick installation structure, which makes it easy to disassemble and replace parts on site, saving construction time.
3、 Mixing transmission mechanism
The spindle is made of high-strength hexagonal steel with excellent bending and torsion resistance, matched with intermittent spiral blades that are different from traditional continuous winches, and equipped with stainless steel precision cross joints at both ends. During the homework process, the slurry in the warehouse can be mixed again, effectively avoiding mortar layering, sedimentation, and bleeding, and improving material workability.
4、 Long term wear-resistant sealing system
The discharge pump seat is made of stainless steel integrated casting, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, with low fluid resistance on the inner wall, and smooth discharge without easy blockage.
The transmission end adopts a composite protective structure consisting of multi-stage sealing rings, double group sealing rings, and diversion and drainage grooves to block the infiltration of slurry into the reducer and protect the transmission components from corrosion.
5、 Wear resistant protection design
The rotor and stator adopt exclusive wear-resistant technology and are equipped with wear-resistant limit mechanisms to reduce equipment operating losses and extend the service life of vulnerable parts.
