The unit is equipped with stabilizing metering, automatic water supply, automatic quantitative feeding, and mixing and stirring mechanisms; The mixing chamber is divided into dry and wet mortar isolation areas, equipped with modular dual axis continuous mixing blades. Different from the segmented operation mode of intermittent mixers, this machine can continuously complete material mixing and continuously deliver materials to the pump spraying host.
The integrated design of the mixing shaft and transmission shaft relies on digital tools such as 3D modeling, fluid dynamics simulation, and finite element stress analysis to optimize the structure of the mixing conveying and mixing main shaft. The bidirectional spiral continuous mixing structure promotes thorough mixing of materials in the chamber, significantly improving operational efficiency compared to intermittent mixing equipment.
The whole machine adopts a modular structure, making disassembly and transportation convenient; It can meet the continuous mixing, blending, and pumping construction operations of ordinary mortar, polymer mortar, and special mortar.
