BJZ horizontal pre mixer supports height adjustment of the entire machine and can be operated in two modes: movable and fixed. The mixing component is integrated with an adjustable plow blade type mixing blade, mixing arm, and rectangular drive shaft; The propeller blades are arranged in a segmented spiral pattern alternately in the left and right directions along the main shaft.
During work, the plow blade is used as the main force surface to fully break up clumped materials and complete shearing, squeezing, and mixing of highly viscous materials. The staggered arrangement of propeller blades is used for high-speed flipping, squeezing, and scattering, forming strong radial and axial flows, improving the wrapping effect of aggregate particles, and ensuring sufficient and uniform material mixing.
The equipment is equipped with a guide discharge chute that can slide left and right and has adjustable height, suitable for various working conditions: it can be remotely moved to receive materials, and the guide chute can be easily disassembled to discharge materials directly from the main machine's discharge port, expanding the equipment's usage scenarios.
