After entering the cavity, the slurry undergoes multiple processes including secondary mixing, shearing, depressurization, venting, and remixing. For non fluid dense slurries such as polymer mortar and steel fiber concrete, it can disperse material aggregates, expel entrained bubbles, alleviate discharge pressure fluctuations, achieve slurry compaction and smooth extrusion, and effectively solve industry problems such as steel fiber agglomeration and product air tightness.
The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and lightweight; Adopting a quick release extrusion nozzle and quick installation clamp structure, it is easy to disassemble and assemble, convenient to disassemble and clean when stopped, and avoids component blockage caused by the solidification of fast hardening mortar. The extrusion nozzle specifications are complete, with standard diameters ranging from 8-26mm. It also supports customized extrusion nozzles of different diameters, which can cover different printing section requirements such as fine samples, small and medium-sized components, and large infrastructure walls.
