JPZ series is a specialized spraying equipment designed for the repair of drainage pipes and well chambers. The whole machine is equipped with a remote control system, screw pump assembly components, an anti-wear limit control system, and a tension and contraction adjustment mechanism; The supporting rotor and stator can be disassembled and assembled on site with the slide mechanism, which can complete the replacement and maintenance of the pump core without disassembling the whole machine, significantly improving the stability and wear resistance of the equipment operation, and extending the service life of the whole machine.
The equipment supports two control modes for working pressure and displacement: stepless speed regulation and dual speed control. The basic functions are the same as those of the JPL series mortar conveying and spraying machine, with the difference being the horizontal forced mixing device: the mixing drum adopts an independently innovated reverse segmented spiral structure, and the blades are arranged in a staggered manner, forming a bi-directional circulation mixing of materials in both axial and radial directions; By flipping and scattering, strong turbulence is generated to enhance the encapsulation of aggregate particles, and the mortar is thoroughly and uniformly mixed.
Built in rotary spray water supply mechanism to prevent mortar from adhering to the inner wall of the cylinder; The stirring blade has a large output torque and strong power, and is used for pipeline and well spraying repair conditions, with low consumption and high efficiency in operation.
