Features:

The upper part of the XB70 mortar mixer is equipped with a car attachment wheel, and the lower part is equipped with a whole machine moving wheel. The body is small and lightweight, and can be directly entered into the underground box culvert through the inspection well to complete the polymer mortar mixing operation. It is matched with the XP50 spraying machine and used for reinforcing, spraying and repairing the inner lining of box culverts and box beams.
The mixing chamber adopts a multidimensional spatial structure with internally curved mixing blades, which forms a cross circulation vortex of radial flow and axial flow during operation, increases the material contact area, refines the slurry micro clusters, significantly improves the aggregate wrapping, and ensures uniform and sufficient mortar mixing.
The equipment has solved the tedious problem of non excavation repair process for the lining of traditional underground box culverts and highway box girders, providing a new solution for the reinforcement and repair of underground concealed structure lining construction.
